This would allow you two shoot days, a prep day before Carnival Mon/Tues, the the event day. This would allow you to tell a story and produce a short film for your members to look back on. This film can go 8 mins long or be 2 separate 5 min videos, the choice is yours. 
In addition you will have a full photo album to reflect on with a well put together graphic poster for the film being created.
